▼入門的研修とは 「介護に関する入門的研修」は、介護に関心を持つ介護未経験者の方が、介護業務に携わる際に基本的な知識・スキルを身につけるための研修です。 カリキュラム時間数は21時間で、初任者研修（130時間）の約６分の１となります。実施主体は都道府県及び市区町村（民間団体への委託も可）で、研修を修了すると修了証明書が発行されます。 本システムは、この研修をさらに受講しやすいものとするために、厚生労働省が示す標準カリキュラムに基づく学習内容を講義動画とテキストを活用して学んでいきます。 すべての動画をテキストを活用しながら視聴した場合、研修修了書が発行されます。 講義動画は、「入門的研修」アプリにより視聴します。
