本APP是針對台北市的校園進行開發的整合性APP，包含AIoT智慧(影像辨識)監視器與聲音求救亭。再透過物聯網技術與設備串連智慧班牌、手機等各式設備以形成緊密的追蹤通報網絡，並整合至校園安全雲端監控平台，結合校園已存監控設備，賦予整體校園安全維護機制智慧化的運作方法。本計畫的校園改善願景，即打造「安全、節能、學習環境的智慧化校園」。改善願景分為五個面向的具體實踐目標，包括以下項目。安全面向：打造穩固校安網絡，提供安全的教育環境。節能面向：建置校園自動化電能管控機制，精實無效電能浪費。學習面向：打破填鴨式教室，導入適性學習輔助機制。行政面向：落實教師行政減量，將時間歸還教學。智慧面向：推動智慧化校園生活，創造數據導向的校園治理。
