(1) 行動服務 APP： A. 居家服務人員： (a) 進行簽到/簽退、檢視服務項目、更新服務項目狀態(待服務、服務中、已服務)、回報案家狀態。 (b) 每日提醒需服務的案家、需服務的項目及服務案家時需注意的事項。 (c) 居家服務人員透過行動APP 回報案家需求與狀態。 B. 督導人員：檢視居家服務人員出勤狀態與安排調班人力。 C. 案家家屬：如同家庭聯絡簿功能，可查詢居家服務紀錄(若有提供生理量測，則可查詢相關紀錄)、居服個案被服務狀態及照顧組合提供紀錄、政府補助金額及截至當下已使用補助額度及需自行支付額度。 D. 回覆居家服務人員狀態與個案資訊。 E. 支援離線操作。
