本校高教深耕計畫為使弱勢學生輔導資源有連結平台，並由個案管理師發掘學生需求，鼓勵學生自主學習，因此擬建構「學生資源中心」，設置推動弱勢學生輔導機制之專責窗口，連結包含經濟、課業、就業、生活、心理等各面向輔導及培力機制，建立弱勢學生個人管理平台，擬訂個別服務策略，使每一位弱勢學生得以獲取所需，完成輔導資源最大化與弱勢學生服務個別化之目的。 為鼓勵弱勢學生參與課業輔導協助、職涯規劃輔導、服務學習與社會回饋等輔導機制，擬設計虛擬時間貨幣記錄學生參與時間，並透過轉換系統可實際提供學生經濟扶助，如此即可實質提升弱勢學生參與輔導培力機制之意願，實現不貼標籤的無痕培育模式，讓經濟扶助與學習輔導機制打破過去雙軌平行運作模式，得以相互結合相輔相成。
