iPadアプリ「食育の授業 ーおやつ編ー」は、西南女学院大学栄養学科で開発された、小学校での使用を目的とした授業用アプリです。望ましい食生活を実践するために、子どもたちがおやつを選びおやつの適量を学ぶことができます。授業への取り入れやすさを重視しました。 「おやつ」をテーマとした授業の中で、教材として使用できます。子どもたちがおやつを自由に選び、選んだおやつのエネルギー量(カロリー)，砂糖，油の量を視覚的に確認することで、望ましいおやつの摂り方を身に付ける力を養うことを目的としています。
