Say It is an AI-based conversation coach for those difficult conversations. It helps you choose calm words in advance, rehearse possible objections, and more clearly express your request or boundary. Choose a pre-defined situation or describe your own. The app includes scenarios for relationships, family, friends, money issues, personal boundaries, and work: - discuss an important need with a partner; - set boundaries with a relative; - talk about a grievance with a friend; - ask for a debt to be repaid; - calmly say "no"; - ask for a raise; - create your own conversation. How the rehearsal works Specify the role of the other party, the purpose of the conversation, and important context. The AI will play the other party: a partner, relative, friend, acquaintance, boss, colleague, client, or another person. It will respond in the chosen role, clarify details, and present realistic objections. A basic rehearsal includes up to six exchanges. You respond in your own words, and the app helps you check how clear, specific, and respectful your position is. Evolving Prompts If you're having trouble continuing, ask for a prompt. The app will offer three options for your next response: short, neutral, and more assertive. The prompts change as the conversation progresses. They help you begin, respond to an objection, formulate a request or boundary, and summarize. They are never written from the other person's perspective. Post-Rehearsal Debriefing After the conversation, the app creates a concise debriefing based on four criteria: - Clarity of position; - Specificity; - Respectful tone; - Presence of a next step. You'll see a strong statement, a phrase that could be made more precise, and an improved version. Finally, a short cheat sheet is created with the goal, opening statement, key points, and conclusion. It can be saved to your device. Practice instead of a pre-written message Say It doesn't send messages for you or provide a single "correct" response. It's a communication simulator that helps you anticipate the other party's likely reactions and choose your own words. Privacy and Security Internet access is required. The rehearsal text is transmitted via a secure HTTPS connection and is used for the AI response and final analysis. Do not provide real names, phone numbers, addresses, bank details, or organization names—replace them with roles. An active session can be deleted. Server context is stored for a limited time. Dangerous, illegal, and non-training requests are blocked. The AI may make mistakes. The app is not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or other professional assistance. The app contains advertising. An additional rehearsal can be obtained by voluntarily viewing a rewarded ad within the daily limit.
