An app from the independent interregional healthcare workers' union "Voice of Medicine." It helps healthcare workers understand their labor rights and avoid being left alone with their employer. WHAT'S INSIDE • Step-by-step instructions. What to do if you've been reprimanded, required to provide an explanation, haven't been paid for overtime, are delayed in paying, or are forced to resign. Each step is marked "done"—a dispute can last for weeks, and the app remembers where you left off. • Deadlines. The law only allows one month for dismissal disputes—missing the deadline is the most common reason for lost cases. Specify an event, and the app will calculate the date according to Article 392 of the Labor Code and remind you in advance. Reminders are sent from your phone, without internet or data transfer. • Document templates. Application for employment documents, explanatory note, appeal to the employer, disagreement with an order, complaint to the labor inspectorate, application to the prosecutor's office, notification of the creation of a trade union. Fill in the fields and receive a ready-made text that can be copied, sent, or shown to lawyers. • Calculators. Overtime, work on weekends and holidays, compensation for late payments. Calculates according to Articles 152, 153, and 236 of the Labor Code and shows the amount of underpayment. • Where to apply. Labor inspectorate, prosecutor's office, labor dispute committee, court: what to bring, how long it takes, and—most importantly—what won't be resolved. • Violation log.
