Explo is a platform for digital operation of real estate objects using information modeling technology. Creation of a digital passport of an operational object using a digital information model and regulations for the operation of engineering systems. Automation of the processes of acceptance and operation of an object by all services A mobile application with the following functions: • obtaining a passport of an operational object using a QR code; - information on an operational object; - operation history (unscheduled work, emergencies, scheduled maintenance); - viewing documents; • support for the processes of acceptance and transfer of operational objects, including: - management of work according to the acceptance and transfer schedule; - recording of defects (violations, comments) with a photo and a video fragment;• • registration and dispatching of applications; • work management: - unscheduled work on requests; - scheduled work (TO) and repairs; • management of daily rounds and inspections; • notification of performers via Push notifications; • recording the results of work based on the location of the performer and using photographic materials; • using a digital information model when processing applications and performing work; • cloud storage of photos, videos and other office document format files. The mobile application allows you to work with the main functionality in the absence of Internet access - offline access.
