Resilience is already in each and every one of us. However, it needs to be fed regularly, especially during turbulent times. This will be helped by Momental - an expert on nurturing resilience for adults and children, who has collected simple techniques for daily care of mental health. Even 2 minutes of self-care helps foster resilience. The application was implemented by UNICEF Ukraine together with the All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?" on the initiative of Olena Zelenska and psychologist Svitlana Roiz.
