You can easily check the latest data by linking the local fine dust level and the current situation by time. * Dust and fine dust Dust refers to particulate matter that floats or is blown down in the atmosphere, and is often generated when fossil fuels such as coal and oil are burned or from exhaust gases from factories and automobiles. Depending on the particle size, dust is divided into total suspended particles (TSP) with a particle size of less than 50 μm and particulate matter (PM) with a very small particle size. Fine dust is further divided into fine dust with a diameter of less than 10 μm (PM10) and fine dust with a diameter of less than 2.5 μm (PM2.5). If PM10 is about 1/5~1/7 smaller than the diameter of human hair (50~70μm), PM2.5 is very small enough to be only about 1/20~1/30 of that of a human hair.
