Activist Watcher is a mobile application for tracking and monitoring the activities of large investors. It automatically retrieves large shareholding report data from the Financial Services Agency's EDINET (Electronic Disclosure System for Securities Reports and Other Disclosure Documents) and provides real-time notifications of changes in large investors' stock holdings. You can also view TOB-related documents such as tender offer statements and disclosure documents such as securities reports. [Main Features] ■ Automatic Retrieval and Display of Large Shareholding Reports There's no need to manually check EDINET. The latest large shareholding reports, amendment reports, and corrected reports are automatically retrieved, and detailed information such as ownership percentage, purpose of holding, and reasons for filing amendment reports can be immediately viewed within the app. Sorting by submission date and reporting obligation date is supported, and the latest information can be easily accessed via links to corrected reports. Reports submitted significantly later than the reporting obligation date are marked with a delay mark, and the number of days considered a delay can be changed in the settings. ■ Push Notifications You can quickly grasp the activities of large investors via push notifications. You can choose between two notification styles: "Real-time notifications" that deliver breaking news immediately, and "Evening summary notifications" that deliver a day's worth of information at once. You can also narrow your notifications to "Important Reports" to receive only activist and acquisition-related reports. ■ Holder/Issuer Profiles You can view information on holders and stocks of interest, along with related reports. The holder details screen allows you to view a list of shareholders and tender offer-related documents. The issuer details screen allows you to view a list of holders, as well as disclosure documents such as securities reports and TOB-related documents. ■ Ranking Function Based on the number of large shareholding reports, the system automatically calculates and displays rankings of stocks and holders with active activist activity. You can discover noteworthy stocks in rankings for the past week, month, and three months. ■ Automatic Classification of Holding Purposes The purpose of holding large shareholding reports is automatically classified into categories such as "Important Proposal Activities" and "TOB, etc.," and displayed with badges. You can quickly identify important reports related to activists. ■ Report Sharing You can share reports of interest via social media and messaging apps. ■ Watch Function You can register stocks (issuers) and major investors (holders) of interest to your watchlist. You can quickly check the latest status of registered items on the watchlist screen, and reports on your watchlist will be prominently displayed on the home screen and ranking screen.
