This app assists you with your pilgrimage to the 88 temples of Shikoku. By selecting a temple from the list and map, you can view a map of the surrounding area, look up information on Wikipedia, and activate navigation. You can check off temples you have visited. For temples with lodging facilities, pressing the "Lodging Reservation" button will activate a phone call. The design is simple (unadorned), but supervised by an occupational therapist, the large fonts and buttons make it easy to operate, resulting in a user-friendly screen layout. While primarily designed for walking pilgrimages, it can also be used for car pilgrimages. Some pilgrimage routes may not be guided by the navigation function, so please confirm your location by asking people or consulting maps from the Henromichi Preservation Cooperation Association.
