Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" (ZK RF No. 2300-I) of February 7, 1992 As amended on December 28, 2025. The Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" is the primary law governing relations between consumers, manufacturers, contractors, sellers, and importers in the sale of goods. The Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights establishes consumers' rights to purchase goods, works, and services of adequate quality and safe for the life, health, and property of consumers.
