◆What is the Saitama City Minna no app? "Saitama City Everyone's App" aims to improve the convenience of citizens' lives, improve administrative services, revitalize the local economy, and increase citizen satisfaction. This is an ``everyone's app'' that aims to become a ``connected'' town where people can help each other, connecting ``Koto,'' ``Toki,'' ``Okane,'' and ``Saitama.'' ◆Administrative services You can receive administrative services from Saitama City Hall, such as notifications from the government, library usage cards, and garbage collection calendars. Administrative services will continue to be added in the future. ◆Digital local currency There are two types of coins that can be used at stores in Saitama City: SaiCoin (electronic money) and Tamapon (points). "Sai Coin" This is electronic money that can be used at SaiCoin participating stores in Saitama City. You can charge your balance from a designated financial institution's savings account or credit card. To use it, simply read the special QR code posted at the store, enter the payment amount, ask the staff at the store to confirm the app screen, and make the payment. You can also purchase products listed in the "Product Exchange" menu within the app. "Tamapon" This is a common point service that can be used at Tamapon member stores in Saitama City. You can earn points through shopping, events, government benefits, etc. The accumulated points can be exchanged for products worth 1 yen per point at Tamapon member stores. It is also possible to pay in conjunction with Sai Coin. You can also use points in the "Product Exchange" menu within the app. ◆Other functions There are other menus in the app besides digital local currencies. We will provide search functions for member stores, coupons, product exchange, point drawings, surveys, etc., in order to improve the satisfaction of member stores and citizens. ◆Notes ・“Sai Coin” and “Tamapon” can only be used at participating stores. -This app cannot be used if you cannot connect to the internet. -Using this app requires communication traffic. ・Usage conditions such as expiration date and number of uses differ for each coupon.
