This app allows operators to display tickets that customers have loaded onto their lift pass cards on their smartphones. When operators scan a customer's lift pass card with the app, the loaded tickets for use that day will be displayed. Simply cancel the tickets and provide service. This allows customers to use tickets at the ski resort without opening their smartphone. Scanning a ticket: When you open the app, a screen for scanning your lift pass card will appear. When you hold the app close to the customer's lift pass card, a list of loaded tickets that can be used that day will be displayed. Exchanging a ticket: When customers tap the ticket they want to use from the list, details will be displayed. Confirm the details and give the customer a final confirmation that they wish to exchange it for. When they press the "Redeem" button at the bottom left of the screen, a warning message will be displayed. Press "Redeem" again to complete the process. After completion, the operator will provide the customer with the products and services they need to exchange their ticket for. Benefits of loading tickets onto your lift pass: Mountain Ticket is a service specifically designed for use at ski resorts. At ski resorts, customers wear gloves and goggles, making it a hassle to unlock their smartphones, and because the battery drains quickly and the signal is often poor, electronic tickets that display on the smartphone screen are difficult to use.Mountain Ticket allows ski resorts to charge tickets onto the lift pass card that everyone has, and by having the operator's staff operate the smartphone, customers can use the electronic ticket without having to operate their smartphone.
