You can easily check your current savings account balance and deposit and withdrawal details anytime, anywhere on your smartphone. ■ Main Features ○ Balance Inquiry, Transaction Details Inquiry (※), Asset Inquiry ○ Switching to a Passbook-less Account ○ Depositing and Cancelling Fixed-Term Deposits ○ Reporting Loss of Passbook or Cash Card (Immediate Transaction Suspension Feature) ○ Various Procedures ・ Application for Opening a Regular Savings Account ・ Address and Phone Number Change Procedures ・ Lost and Found Passbook or Cash Card Reissue Procedures ・ Switching from a Passbook-less Account to a Passbook (Passbook Reissue) ・ New Application, Unlocking, and Cancellation of Personal Internet Banking ・ Application for Opening a Special Investment Trust Account or NISA Account ・ Application for Investment Trust Internet Service ○ Personal Internet Banking Automatic Login Function ○ Push Notification Function (Deposit and Withdrawal Details, Product and Campaign Information, etc.), etc. ※ The most recent 50 transaction statements from the past 62 days, including the date of the inquiry, will be displayed. ■ Eligible Users This service is available to individual customers with a regular savings account and cash card at Fukui Shinkin Bank. * Up to five accounts under the same account holder can be registered on one device. * Some features are available even if you do not have a regular savings account. ■How to Use After downloading the app, enter your regular savings account branch number, account number, name in kana, date of birth, phone number (last four digits) provided to the Bank, cash card PIN, and email address on the user registration screen, and then set a login password to use with the app. ■Notes  This app is free to use, but you are responsible for any data charges incurred while downloading or using the app.  Please note that the app may be unavailable due to system maintenance, etc.  Please take security measures, such as installing security software, to protect your smartphone from computer viruses and malicious programs.  For accounts registered for the passbookless feature, passbook transactions (including posting) will no longer be available. To change from a passbookless account to one with a passbook, please visit our main or branch office to complete the procedure. Please note that changing to a passbook with a bank account will incur a fee specified by the Bank.  This app has a function that links with your current location even when you are not using the app, and sends you notifications from the app via push notifications. When you first start the app, you can choose not to use this function. If you do use this function, you can always select a setting that consumes less battery power (does not use GPS).
