In recent years, there has been an increase in torrential rainfall that occurs in a very short period of time, known as "guerilla downpours." Amemiru is an application that uses AR (augmented reality) and AI (artificial intelligence) to display real-time rainfall information. AI will inform you of the approach of strong rain and snow clouds, and you can check them as realistic images through the camera. Please use Amemiru to help with disaster prevention. ■Main functions and features ・Amemiru has two modes: "Rain Map," which displays rainfall information on a map, and "AR Mode," which displays rainfall information in 3D using AR. ・In the rain map, you can switch between "Rainfall Information" and "Kikikuru (Landslide Risk, Flooding and Flood Risk)." ・Rainfall information is data synthesized from the Japan Meteorological Agency radar, has a resolution of 250m mesh, and is updated every 5 minutes. ・When displaying rainfall information, 10-level rainfall information and lightning information are displayed overlaid on the current location marker and map. You can smoothly zoom in and out from the whole country to the city block level. ・AI (artificial intelligence) will explain the upcoming rain (1 hour and 15 hours ahead) based on the temperature and rainfall conditions around the user, as well as future forecasts. In addition to the AI explanation, you can check the rainfall forecast for 1 hour and 15 hours ahead in a graph. (※ The explanation for 15 hours ahead and the rainfall forecast graph are features for paid members only) ・Rain notification will be notified by voice (Saori Onishi, Ari Ozawa) by push when rain or snow is expected within 1 hour at the registered location. Rain notification to registered locations is free. ・Kikikuru notification will be notified by push when the risk of disaster due to heavy rain increases at registered locations or the current location. (※ We have been selected as one of the five notification service cooperation companies for "Kikikuru (risk distribution)" by the Japan Meteorological Agency.) ・In AR mode, precipitation information within 10 km of the surrounding area is synthesized into the camera image as animation of rain clouds and rain. You can read the amount of rain by specifying the target direction. ・In areas where it is snowing, the rain/snow discrimination function will allow the AI to explain the snow, and animations of snow will be displayed in AR. ・There is a demo mode that recreates heavy rainfall that has led to past disasters. ・By registering as a member for 250 yen per month, you can use the next 36 hours of rainfall forecast (map display), the next 15 hours of rainfall forecast (AI commentary, graph display), and GPS tracking mode. ・You can post the screen you are viewing in AR to SNS as a video and image, and when you post, you can use the paid rainfall forecast and GPS tracking mode for free for 2 hours.
