The GENERAL CONFEDERATION OF WORKERS OF GREECE (GSEE) since 2000 operates the "INFORMATION CENTER FOR EMPLOYEES & UNEMPLOYED" (KEPEA / GSEE), which The headquarters of the Confederation is located in Athens, at 3 Ainianos & 69 Patision Street. The KEPEA is staffed by experienced and specialized personnel providing personalized information services to employees, for the implementation of the provisions of labor and insurance legislation. Job insecurity, the questioning and circumvention of basic labor rights, the new data that emerged due to the pandemic, make it imperative to inform, liaise and communicate with workers and their unions. For these reasons we decided to create this useful application, making available to employees modern information tools so that they know and claim their rights together with their organized unions. In the app you will find online applications, through which you can calculate the following yourself: - Dismissal Compensation - Christmas gift - Christmas gift for employees with rotating employment - Easter gift - Easter gift for employees with rotating employment - License - Leave for employees with rotating employment - Hourly wage, overtime, overtime, night work, work on the 6th day - National Old Age Pension At the same time we have created an "Electronic Library of Labor Issues", simplifying and alphabetically coding the most important provisions of labor law. Our online library is a very important manual and guide in the hands of employees. Also, during their navigation, the visitors can immediately submit their question or complaint, to be informed about the current news as well as about the actions and positions of GSEE. Our app application aspires to be a means of information and interactive communication between trade unions and employees with GSEE. Good use!
