Store description excerpt
There are many workout tracking apps, but apps that allow you to retrieve and use your accumulated records are rare. 'Workout Log' is a workout log where you can save sets with a single tap and retrieve all the collected records into a single file to hand directly over to the AI you use. [Reading My Records with AI] Simply create a single file containing three months' worth of records and upload it directly to your current AI chatbot or AI agent. Ask it directly about things the graphs in the app cannot answer. • "Summarize how my bench press weight has increased over the last three months." • "Use these records to create a 4-day routine for next week." • "Check if my back is lagging behind my chest." • "By day of the week, tell me why I missed so many days this month." There are two export options: • JSON — Captures the entire record by date without loss. It is in a format that is easy for AI to read, so you can upload it as is and start a conversation. • HTML Report — A table that is easy for humans to read. Within a single file, you can switch between views for date, monthly summary, trends by category (sets, counts, and maximum weight per month), and calendar, and dark mode is also supported. You can send the created file anywhere via the share sheet. Since it is not tied to a specific service, your records will follow you even if you switch the AI you are using. It is a file that the user retrieves by tapping it directly, rather than the app sending it for them. [Records — Set checks completed with a single tap] • Press the set button to mark them as completed in order. Only the amount completed today remains. • Edit weight (kgf), number of sets (3–7), and reps directly on the card • Adjust different reps per set (pyramid sets) individually in the set column • Time-counted exercises like planks are recorded as '1 minute 10 seconds', while running is recorded by time and distance • Adding, deleting, or changing the order of exercises becomes the default configuration for tomorrow • Only the completion mark resets at midnight every day; past records never change [Stopwatch — Don't miss your rest time] • 1/100th of a second. The progress line around the border rotates once every minute, and flashes to indicate the last 10 seconds. • The elapsed seconds remain visible in the status bar even after exiting the app. [Training Catalog — 114 Types, Search by Initial Consonant] • 114 types covering chest, back, lower body, shoulders, arms, core, cardio, and outdoor exercises. • Initial consonant search: 'ㅂㅊㅍㄹㅅ' → Bench Press, '인클' → Incline Bench Press • Nicknames like 'Ben-P' and 'Sare-Re', as well as spelling differences like 'Push-up' and 'Push-up', are all accurately identified. • If not in the list, add it manually. Enter the name, and it will recommend the body part, equipment, and tracking method. • [Calendar and Dashboard] • Only the exercises actually performed on that day are displayed in the date column; tapping it
