This is an app that allows you to request a home visit from a business operator that travels around your area. By registering your location, you can get schedules of businesses visiting your area. On the day of the schedule, you can select the service you would like to receive and send a visit request to the provider. Cancellations and changes are possible at any time. You can obtain the company's visit schedule, select the service provided, and have the company call your home from the app on the same day. It is also possible to cancel or change the contents of a request to a business operator on the app. When using mobile visits, please register your home location (and room number if you live in an apartment). ### Registration of residence - By specifying your place of residence (zip code), you can obtain the schedules of businesses operating in that area. - To register your residence, you can choose from 3 options: 1) Obtain your current location (location information is used only at this time), 2) Select from a map, or 3) Enter your address. ・You can change or adjust your place of residence after registration. ### Schedule list ・By registering your place of residence, you can obtain the schedules of businesses operating in that area. ・The schedule list is sorted by date. ・On the day of the schedule, the functions for using that operator will be displayed in the list. ### Use of patrol visits ・A button to request a visiting visit will appear on the list on the scheduled day. ・Please select the service you would like to receive from the service items registered by the business operator and submit a request. ・After registering your request, the estimated waiting time will be displayed on the list, so please wait until the operator visits. ### Cancellation and change of contents after requesting a tour visit ・Requests can be canceled at any time. ・Although it is possible to change the request details, changes that would increase the waiting time for subsequent reservations are not allowed. ・(If the work time is reduced or your request is at the end of the list, the reservation change will be accepted.) ・If you are unable to make changes on the app, please consult with the business you visited. ・It is not possible to register two or more requests for one business operator. ・(After cancellation or after the request is completed, you can submit a request to the business operator again.) ・If the business operator is involved in an accident or the customer is absent when the business operator visits, the request may be canceled by the business operator. ・In that case, a message from the operator will remain in the app, so please check it. ### Use of stall business ・The location where the stall will be open will be displayed in the schedule list. ・
