Taza Alem is an app for ordering household waste removal directly from your apartment or private home. A courier arrives at your chosen time and picks up your bags at your door—no trips to the bins, no lines, and no unpleasant odors in the stairwell. How it works 1. Enter your phone number and confirm it with a code from Telegram. 2. Select a city and location on the map—we'll show you available zones and prices. 3. Choose a rate (based on the size of the bag) and a convenient time slot. 4. The courier will arrive at the specified time and pick up your trash at your door. 5. Payment—cash to the courier; nothing is deducted from the app. Ordering methods • One-time order—collect your trash once at the designated time. • Subscription—scheduled pickups (e.g., twice a week). On your first visit, you pay the courier the full amount for the period; subsequent visits are already included. Features • Accurate service area map – you can immediately see if we're coming to your location. • Address search with suggestions and geolocation. • Specify the entrance, floor, apartment, and a comment for the courier. • Order history and the current status of the next visit. • Push notifications when the courier has departed and when the trash has been picked up. • Support by phone and WhatsApp directly from the app. Security and privacy • Login by phone number only – no passwords. • Your address is saved only for order fulfillment. • We do not share your data with third parties. Available cities and rates can be viewed after logging in to the app. A subscription does not unlock "premium features" – it is a schedule of actual courier visits to your home.
