Close an account helps you manage shared expenses for trips, outings, meals, and events. Record who paid, choose who participated in each expense, and see how much each person should pay or receive. Open a group or event, add members via a link or QR code, and centralize the expenses in one place. Even when several members pay for the same expense, or when only part of the group participates, you can record the distribution accordingly. What can you do in the app? • Create permanent groups and one-time events. • Invite members via link or QR and add guests to the event. • Add and edit expenses, with one or several payers. • Choose separately who participates in each expense. • Track group expenses and participant updates. • Get a billing summary that shows who needs to transfer to whom and how much. • Mark payments that have been made and track what still remains to be closed. • Share a summary of your account with your friends. At the end of your trip or outing, close the account with a summary that reduces unnecessary transfers and shows each participant their share. Closing an account calculates and records the account. The money transfer itself is done outside the app.
