Store description excerpt
Simda is an emotion diary app that allows you to record and reflect on your feelings for the day in just 5 minutes. Days when you feel anxious or depressed, or days when your heart feels heavy for no reason. If you let those feelings pass without knowing where they came from, the same thing will happen again. Simda helps you record your emotions and examine for yourself the situations and thoughts that triggered them. ■ Emotion Diary — Examining Your Mood Cycle Record the events of the day, the thoughts that came to mind, the emotions felt, and even your actions and physical reactions at the time, in chronological order. As your scattered day connects into a single flow, you will begin to see the sequence in which your mood moves. You can choose both uncomfortable and positive emotions. After all, you might feel anxious followed by relief, or upset followed by a sense of relief. Finally, you can select small changes you can make right now from your thoughts, actions, or sensations. It is perfectly fine to finish without making a choice if you feel overwhelmed. ■ Gratitude Diary — Recording Good Moments Write down one thing you were grateful for each day. It is okay if it is trivial. Good memories fade quickly if not written down, but if preserved, they become a record you can look back on during difficult days. ■ Savoring Positive Experiences This activity involves recalling and fully savoring enjoyable experiences. Practicing lingering in good moments rather than letting them pass by builds mental resilience. ■ Writing Letters of Self-Compassion There are times when you are the harshest person to yourself. This activity involves writing a letter to yourself as if you were writing to a close friend. It is a practice to shift from self-blame to understanding. ■ Mindfulness and Body Care Focus on your breath and senses to return to the present moment. Learn how to stabilize your body first when your thoughts race ahead. ■ Self-Check of Your Mind You can check your levels of depression, anxiety, and positive emotions. Checking your current state numerically allows you to see the true nature of vague discomfort more clearly. ■ Mind Change Report As your records accumulate, it will show you at a glance which emotions have frequently occurred and in what situations your mood has been shaken. You may not fully understand it day by day, but when you look back over a month, the patterns of your mind become apparent. ■ Growing a Mind Tree As you continue the activities, your own unique mind tree grows. The process of starting as a seed, sprouting, and becoming a tree serves as a small motivation to continue recording. ■ Recommended for: - Those who experience frequent mood swings and wish to understand their own minds - Those exhausted by anxiety, depression, or burnout who need mental care - Those who want to keep a diary but feel lost on what to write first - Those looking for a mood tracker or mood recording app - Those who want
