SafePro is a system that enables efficient mobile safety management, offering features that allow users to easily create and manage various safety-related documents via their mobile phones. This enables the immediate creation, approval, and submission of critical documents—such as risk assessments, work permits, TBMs (Tunnel Boring Mechanisms), and facility inspections—on-site. Risk Assessment: The SafePro app allows for real-time analysis and evaluation of risk factors on-site. Users can input information related to risk factors directly on their mobile devices and immediately create and save assessment reports. This allows both site managers and workers to quickly identify and respond to risks. Work Permit: SafePro allows users to create work permits—which must be completed before starting work—directly on their mobile devices. By entering necessary information into the app and proceeding with the approval process via electronic signatures, work permits can be issued and recorded immediately without the need for paper documents. TBM (Tunnel Boring Mechanisms): TBMs, which are mandatory inspections before starting work, can also be easily created through the SafePro app. Users can check inspection items on their mobile devices, record the results for each item, save them immediately, and share them with relevant parties. Facility Inspection: The SafePro app supports the creation of facility inspection documents on mobile devices. Users can select inspection items for various facilities on-site and record results in real-time for efficient management. All these documents are digitized and stored, and are updated and delivered in real-time, anytime and anywhere. This allows site managers and workers to streamline the document creation and approval process, enhance work safety, and minimize the risk of accidents.
