📖 The Book "Tuhfat al-Mawdud bi-Ahkam al-Mawlud" by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya 📖 By Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr ibn Ayyub ibn Sa'd al-Zar'i al-Dimashqi, Shams al-Din, Abu Abdullah, known as Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya Enjoy reading the book "Tuhfat al-Mawdud bi-Ahkam al-Mawlud" by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya with the best offline book app and many other features. Ibn al-Qayyim, may God have mercy on him, said in the introduction: "This is a book in which we intended to mention the rulings related to the newborn after birth while he is still young, including his aqiqah and its rulings, shaving his head, naming him, circumcision, urination, ear piercing, the rulings on his upbringing, and his stages from the time he is a drop of semen to his final abode in Paradise or Hell. Thus, it is a beneficial book in its meaning, containing benefits that are hardly found in any other, such as wonderful nuances of interpretation, hadiths that call for knowledge and their causes, and combining their various aspects, as well as jurisprudential issues that are rarely encountered by the student, and benefits... A wisdom that is much needed to be learned. It is an enjoyable book for its reader, a delight for the reader, and a book that is suitable for this life and the hereafter. Its contents are needed by everyone who has been blessed with children. I seek success from God, and I ask Him to guide me to the path of righteousness. He is Generous and Bountiful. I named it "The Gift of the Beloved with the Rulings of the Newborn." The reason Ibn al-Qayyim wrote this book was that his son, Burhan al-Din, had a child. At that time, Ibn al-Qayyim did not have anything to offer his son from worldly pleasures, so he compiled this book and gave it to him. Author: Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr ibn Ayyub ibn Sa'd al-Zar'i al-Dimashqi, Shams al-Din, Abu Abdullah, known as Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya. He was a prominent figure in Islamic religious reform in the eighth century AH. He was born in Damascus to Kurdish parents and studied under Ibn Taymiyyah al-Dimashqi, who was also of Kurdish parents and was influenced by him. His profession was as an imam at al-Jawziyya, teaching at al-Sadriya and other places, and issuing fatwas and writing. His connection with Ibn Taymiyyah: Historians agree that the date of the meeting was in the year 712 AH, the year in which he returned from his travels to Damascus and settled there until his death in Damascus in the year 751 AH. ❇️ Some reviews of the book "Tuhfat al-Mawdud bi-Ahkam al-Mawlud" by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya ❇️ ▪️ Source for reviews: www.goodreads.com/book/show/6720163▪️ - The book is beautiful and very helpful, and it helped me a lot in terms of the rulings related to the newborn.. and light and important information on raising him healthily and morally.. as well as some important medical information.
