The General Syndicate of Cars (النقابة العامة للسيارات) is the administrative body in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia responsible for the management & arrangement of transportation for the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. This App is designed to assist the field staff of Naqaba in issuing fines (tickets) to the participating Transport Companies if any of their participating vehicles or drivers are found to be in violation of the directives set out by the body. In this App, Naqaba field employees who are stationed at various locations can select a non-compliant Transport Company and then insert the details of the bus or the driver or both. Afterwards, they can select an appropriate violation committed from the list of violations and submit. This request will be received by the back office for further processing.
