Store description excerpt
Heartburn, acid reflux, bloating. Have you been frustrated because you didn't know the cause? Sokpyeonhan Note is an app that allows you to record what you ate and your symptoms to identify the "foods that torment you" yourself. ■ How to Use 1. Record what you ate. If you ate a variety of foods in one meal, you can select and add them all at once. If a food is not on the list, you can enter it manually, and it will be added to your list from that point on. 2. Record the intensity when heartburn occurs. At that time, select the suspected food from what you ate in the "last 24 hours." If you are unsure, you do not have to select it. 3. As your records accumulate, the trigger foods will become visible. How many times you ate them, how many times you suspected them, and what the intensity was at that time. We used dots to indicate the frequency so you won't confuse "3 out of 3 times" with "3 out of 10 times." ■ How This App Makes It Different · The app does not automatically identify the culprit. If the app automatically concluded that the cause was the proximity of the time of consumption to the time of symptoms, every food eaten in the evening would become the culprit. Therefore, we have made it so that you manually select what you "suspect." · Foods are not pre-colored. We do not attach labels like "This food is bad." The food is colored red only to the extent that you have identified it. Because even the same food can be different for each person. · The day does not end at midnight. If you ate at 11 PM and felt sick at 2 AM, that is considered part of the day. The timeline continues, and it displays your bedtime, showing "how long after eating you went to bed." · Dark screen. We designed it so that it does not cause glare when you wake up in the early morning to record. ■ When Seeking Medical Care You can select a time period to create a record summary as a PDF. The frequency of symptoms, weekly average, intensity, nighttime symptom rate, time elapsed from last meal to bed, and even suspected foods are all captured on a single page. You can print it or send it via messenger. ■ Where are records stored? All records are stored only on this device. There is no registration, data is not transmitted to a server, and even the developer cannot view them. However, if you delete the app, your records will disappear, so please export a backup occasionally in the settings. You can restore them exactly as they are on a new device using the backup file. ■ Notifications If desired, you can receive a record notification once a day at a set time. It is turned off by default. ■ Things to Note This app is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis or treatment. The records and summaries are a compilation of the information you entered. If symptoms persist, be sure to consult a medical professional.
