With Maniac, you can record the anime you've watched and the manga you've read in one app. Even just rating them on a 5-point scale is fine. You can also leave comments and reviews, and read comments from other people who have watched the same works. You can leave comments for the entire series, for anime episodes, and for manga volumes. ＼Features and Capabilities／ ▼Leave comments for each episode and volume: ・You can write comments for each episode of anime and each volume of manga. Access this from "View comments by episode" on the work's page. ・Comments for each episode/volume range from 20 to 3000 characters. You can leave even just a single word or a score after watching an episode. ・Episodes are listed on the work's page, and episodes with many comments will have a badge. Episodes with 3 or more comments will be displayed as "Highly Rated Episodes." ・If you mark "Watched up to episode 7," you can read comments with spoilers up to that point. You don't need to check each episode individually (for manga, it says "Read up to here") - Press "Show Progress" in My List to see a list of which works you've progressed to and how many episodes. - You can write reviews for long-running series with no set total episode count, or for ongoing manga series, by directly entering the episode/volume number. ▼ You can post reviews, work ratings, topics, and lists: - Record the anime you've watched and the manga you've read, and rate them on a 5-point scale (in 0.5 increments). - Reviews can range from 200 to 10,000 characters. You can leave short impressions to long analyses. - You can write subsequent reviews for the same work. You can save your thoughts after rewatching without deleting your previous review. - You can attach URLs, YouTube videos, and images to the review text (up to 10 in total). - You can post topics on any theme, from niche questions to opinion exchanges. - Manage works you're interested in and works you've watched in lists. You can add them all at once from rankings or "Search by Genre/Year". - You can create "My Ranking" simply by rearranging the works in your list. You can also make it public and share it. ▼The more records you accumulate, the clearer your "likes" become: - In the "Review Your Records" section of the dashboard, the works you've rated are automatically graphed. - You can see at a glance your frequently watched genres, the era of the works, and your tendencies with production companies, directors, and authors. - Even if you haven't written a review, a graph will appear just by giving a score out of 5. - The eras are divided into 10-year increments, from before the 1960s to the 2020s. The chronological distribution of all Maniac films is displayed overlaid, so you can see if you tend to prefer older films. * Tapping the graph opens your record, which contains only films from that era, genre, and director. ▼ Turning your record into a single image: * From the "Create Poster" menu, you can create one of five designs:
