This app is for registered and authorized delivery drivers only and is not a shopping or spare parts purchasing app. ◾ Step-by-Step Order Management • Separate order lists: New, Received, Delivered, and Pending • Accept or reject orders with one tap • Confirm order receipt from the store before starting delivery • Deliver the order to the customer via a verification code, which can be resent. • Pending an order with a reason and immediately notifying the supervisor. • Return Orders: Pick up from the customer and return to the store. • Quickly search your orders by invoice number or customer mobile number. ◾ Complete Order Details • Customer data, mobile number, and address. • Establishment details: Name, membership number, commercial registration number, tax ID, and contact numbers. • Item details: Brand, category, model, quantity, and warranty. • Invoice details: Price, tax, commission, delivery cost, and total — with the option to share the invoice. ◾ Maps and Direct Contact • Open the customer's or establishment's location directly on the map and start the delivery process. • Contact the store or customer directly from within the order details without searching for a number. ◾ Your Wallet and Earnings • Track your current balance, total orders, and outstanding balance. • Add or edit your bank account (bank name, account number, IBAN) to receive your earnings. ◾ Performance Measurement • Daily, weekly, monthly, and overall statistics for your received, delivered, and returned orders. • Real-time monitoring of your performance development. ◾ Contact the Supervisor • Send your feedback and inquiries to the supervisor and receive their responses within the app. • Instant notifications for every new order or update to your orders, with the ability to control notifications. ◾ Your Account and Settings • Register as a delivery driver by uploading a photo of your driver's license and selecting the shipping company, region, city, and mode of transport. • Update your mode of transport at any time. • Supported order types: within the city, between cities within the governorate, between governorates, and private delivery. • Switch between Arabic and English. • Terms and Conditions, User Policy, and Help pages, and the option to delete your account. ◾ Permissions and Why We Need Them • Location: To display pickup and delivery locations on the map and facilitate access. • Camera and Photos: To upload a photo of your driver's license and order documents. • Notifications: To alert you to new orders and updates on your order stat
