The Mobile Assistant's most important goal is, first and foremost, the launch of the company's digitalization process! What does the Mobile Assistant offer us? 1) 100% provision of employees at all levels of JSC KTZ with the necessary regulatory documents for daily work, with the option to view them offline; 2) Based on a trial run of 10,000 downloaded users and ongoing active feedback, the Mobile Assistant's daily use revealed that it helps identify regulatory documents of the joint-stock company that require deletion or adjustment; 3) It helps improve the professional knowledge of JSC KTZ employees through online testing, which is automatically tailored to their specific position after completing the registration process in the app; 4) The ability to provide feedback to application administrators allows employees to actively participate in developing test questions in accordance with JSC KTZ's regulatory framework. This means the test question database is constantly updated with the most relevant questions for a given job description, and we've engaged employees in the system improvement process. 5) Knowledge development is prepared using video, audio, or drawings; each employee chooses their own method for improving their knowledge. 6) The mobile assistant is an indispensable assistant for managers. Every manager wants to have a complete picture of their assigned department at their fingertips. This is possible with reports on all indicators, which can be continuously edited by subordinate departments by entering up-to-date data. Moreover, reports can be maintained at various department levels: department, branch, or headquarters.
