The work on the preparation of the Qur'an "Kalyam Sharif" was carried out for two years. Especially for this, at the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan, a department for the study of the Qur'an was created, headed by Mufti Kamil Khazrat Samigullin. The specialists brought the old edition up to modern international standards, corrected the mistakes made earlier in the press. For ease of reading, the method of prompting in vowels, proposed by Sh. Marjani, was taken as a basis, and the letters now have clearer outlines. Thus, this Qur'an is even more convenient for reading and memorizing. Qur'an "Kalyam Sharif" has a long history. For the first time, the sacred to Muslims Book was published by order of Catherine II in 1787 in St. Petersburg. Fonts specially created by Mullah Usman were used for printing. In 1801, these fonts were transported to Kazan. And already in 1803, Kur'an was published here, from here he began his triumphal march around the world. It was sold in thousands of copies all over the world. Kalyam Sharif was loved by Muslims for its easy readability and accessibility. The new edition of the Qur'an has successfully passed the examination of the High Commission for the Affairs of the Venerable Qur'an under the Ministry of Waqfs of Syria. The sacred book, which was prepared and published in Kazan, received a Certificate of Compliance with international standards. The Certificate states that the DUM RT edition complies with the Ar-Rasm Al-‘Usmani” standard (the standard for writing Mushafs adopted by the 3rd Righteous Caliph ‘Uthman bin Affan). The new edition of the Qur'an DUM RT is also recognized as convenient for reading, memorizing and correct pronunciation, which is especially important for readers who do not speak Arabic. All signs used for this in the text of the publication are approved. “As a result of the analysis, we decide: Kazan Mushaf is allowed for printing and recommended for distribution in non-Arab cities and countries.
