Features include: ■ Neighborhood Maintenance Fee Ranking — Compare common maintenance fees per square meter for complexes within the same city/district in order of lowest to highest. ■ Register My Complex — Instantly check the location of your complex, such as "Top 1% of lowest among 126 complexes in Dongdaemun-gu." ■ Monthly Maintenance Fee Conversion — Convert the estimated monthly maintenance fee for each complex into KRW simply by entering the exclusive area. ■ Detailed Information — Charts showing the composition ratio of common maintenance fees, individual usage fees, and long-term repair reserve funds, as well as recent monthly trends. ■ New Maintenance Fee Notification — Receive notifications when your complex's new monthly maintenance fee is released, along with comparisons to the neighbor average. ■ Complex Information — Displays the number of households, year of completion, and heating method.
