Construction Estimate. Calculator - an app for preliminary calculations of material volumes and the cost of building a house or renovating a room. It's perfect for private developers, craftsmen, and anyone who wants to understand the project budget and the required materials in advance. The app lets you set key building parameters: exterior wall dimensions, number of floors, floor heights, basement, and foundation type. Walls and partitions of various materials and thicknesses, window and door openings, monolithic elements, floors, and roofing are taken into account. Calculations are performed automatically based on the selected design solutions. For renovation and finishing work, a room-by-room calculation is available. You can add rooms with custom dimensions, select wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, combine several materials in one area, and consider doors, openings, and installation features. You can also add any work and materials not previously considered. The app allows you to enter prices for materials and work in your region, generate a final estimate, and view the results in a convenient format. The completed calculation can be saved or exported to PDF for future reference. The calculations are approximate and intended for planning purposes. The app helps estimate volumes and costs, but does not replace detailed design documentation or actual measurements on-site.
