View counts can be increased through promotion, but readership retention is increased solely through the content itself. Simply entering the URL of a Munpia or Novelpia work retrieves all chapters and calculates how many readers remain for each chapter. There is no registration or login required, and the retrieved data remains exclusively on this device. ■ First Results in 30 Seconds Simply paste the work URL and press 'Analyze.' The app automatically identifies whether it is from Munpia or Novelpia, and which chapter it is. For around 300 chapters, it takes about 30 seconds. Once downloaded, the work appears immediately upon opening the app. ■ Paid Works Are Measured Based on the Paid Section When scoring a paid work from the very first chapter, half of the score comes from the free promotional section. The rate at which readers attracted by promotion drop out is a separate matter from whether paying readers remain. Munpia's 'Free Mark' is a value from a rotational promotion, so it differs from the actual start of paid serialization. The actual boundary is automatically determined based on the monetization time provided by the platform, and the retroactive transition period in between is excluded from the scoring. ■ Focusing on What to Do, Not What the Problem Is · Paid Conversion Report Card — What percentage of readers from the last free episode purchased the first paid episode? · Early Paid Dropout — How many paying readers remain by the tenth episode? · Flow Alert — Catches the 1% dropout per episode that isn't detected by the drop alerts. · Future Outlook — What will happen after 100 episodes if the current pace continues? · Toward the Goal — Not "a few percent short," but "a few more readers per episode." ■ Before Monetization · How many copies of the first episode will be sold if you switch to paid (based on both views and recommendations) · Should You Switch Now — Have your favorites, episode count, and recommendation rate reached the baseline? · Is Early Dropout Severe Compared to Others — Even successful works see a 15% dropout by the second episode. ■ Estimated Settlement at Novelpia Novelpia settles based on a unit price per view, and that unit price varies according to the weekly ranking. Find your work's rank in Plus Ranking to determine the unit price range, and it will notify you if you are close to the 100th or 300th rank boundary — one rank increment equals the unit price. ■ Writing Tools Also Included · Idea Note — Scenes, foreshadowing, settings, characters, tasks.
