Good news for farmers. The days of being deprived of fair dues are coming to an end. Farmers do not have to spend their lives counting the cost of suffering. The welfare of technology is now joining the welfare of farmers and opening new horizons in the life of agricultural people. As a part of that, to prevent the disturbance of the middleman, digital food grain procurement initiative has been taken. Food grains procurement is going to be started experimentally in digital mode to get fair dues and eliminate suffering of farmers. This system is being introduced for the benefit of the farmers with the technical support of the Information and Communication Technology Department, so that the farmers will get the fair price of the produce and the middlemen exploiters will not be seen. Farmers will not be deceived. Farmers can directly sell their paddy and rice to the government without any hassle. Mill owners and farmers will know the demand of paddy and rice, delivery date through SMS. The goal is that common farmers can get government services at the touch of their fingers Keeping 'Farmer's App' as a part of e-service 'Food Grain Collection Management System' A smartphone-friendly application software has been developed.
