The message of encouragement you wanted to hear arrives at the very moment you need it. ■ Doing · Resisting, both work · Doing — Habits you accomplish, like exercising, studying, or reading · Resisting — Habits you resist, like quitting drinking, smoking, or late-night snacking ■ A small device in your hand Jupa looks like a small game console. When you press the button, a face on the screen reacts, and each day accumulates on the stamp board. ■ Home screen widget You can check your habits and your friends' status directly on the home screen, and record progress without even opening the app. There are no chats, likes, or strangers. A few real-name friends and a few buttons. That's all you need.
