Store description excerpt
ISPBox Field is the mobile companion for internet service provider staff who run their operations on ISPBox. Everything a technician needs on site, in one app. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See today's scheduled visits with the customer's address, phone and job notes. Navigate with one tap, call the customer, mark the visit done or postpone it without calling the office. CUSTOMERS AND SERVICES Look up any customer in seconds. See why a connection is down before you climb the ladder: manual blocks, unpaid invoices, seasonal suspensions and fair-use throttling are diagnosed for you. Check PPPoE credentials, live online status and data usage. Update network provisioning (router, IP, MAC) right from the site and let ISPBox push it to RADIUS and the router. TICKETS THAT GET DONE Work through support tickets with statuses, priorities and checklists. Reassign work, add photo documentation from the camera, and keep customer visible replies separate from internal notes. NETWORK AWARENESS Watch active outages with affected customer counts, check router status and live sessions, and browse the network map. PAPERWORK, MINUS THE PAPER Photograph signed contracts and installation protocols and attach them to the customer's file. Scan equipment barcodes to assign devices from your van stock to an installation. ISPBox Field signs in with your ISPBox staff account. Access follows the permissions your administrator set in the ISPBox panel. Requires an ISPBox workspace (ispbox.net).
