The Automation System is an internal corporate management application developed by the Isparta Provincial Special Administration for use by its personnel. The application enables the management of the institution's daily business processes from the field and from mobile environments. Users only have access to the modules assigned to them. MAIN FEATURES Field and Project Tracking • Listing, viewing on a map, and status tracking of KÖYDES village infrastructure projects • Recording of field visits; • Adding location (GPS) tagged field photos and audio/written field notes • Field inspection with checklists • Monitoring investment tracking and investment request processes • Project tracking and management of project team field activities Corporate Business Processes • Tracking tender processes • Invoice and payment tracking • Viewing council decisions • Monitoring licensing processes • Vehicle tracking and viewing fleet information Personnel Operations • Creating and tracking leave requests • Personnel attendance (PDKS) information • Personal profile management Notifications • Instant notifications regarding business processes PRIVACY AND SECURITY The application only collects data necessary for corporate business processes and does not share this data with third parties. All data communication is done via encrypted connection (HTTPS). Location, camera, and microphone access are only activated when the relevant feature is used and with the user's permission; no background location tracking is performed.
