isolace is the app a learning center's families and staff use around the shape of the day: arrivals, the small wins worth keeping, and the answers parents used to text you for. It is built for tutoring and enrichment centers — one app for every center you run, and no center ever seeing another's students. FOR FAMILIES • Arrived. A parent sees the check-in as it happens and stops wondering. • The week, in pictures. Moments captured at the center become a short weekly memory — only for families who said yes. • Report an absence in one tap. Not a phone call, not an email, not a voicemail nobody hears until four o'clock. • Progress and announcements from the center, in the place parents already look. A parent sees their own children and nothing else. Not the roster, not the class, not another family. FOR STAFF • Check students in from the floor instead of from behind a desk. • Capture a moment in two taps — the kid mid-win, the page they finally got. It is the feature that makes a center feel staffed by people who noticed. • The day's log, open on your phone, for the moment a parent asks. Staff tools appear only for staff. A parent signing in never sees that they exist. BUILT FOR THE RUSH Centers have bad wifi and a 3:30 that does not wait for it. Check-ins and captures are written on the device first and reconciled when the network returns, so a bad connection costs you a delay and never a record. A child who checked in is checked in. PRIVACY, BECAUSE THESE ARE CHILDREN • No child ever signs in. Account holders are parents, guardians, and staff. A child is a name on a roster, never a login. • A photo of a person is captured only after an explicit yes, and never at all when a family's consent is off — with nothing on screen that would tell a child they are the one who doesn't get photos. • No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking. Nothing about a family is sold or shared for advertising, ever. • One center's data stays that center's. Directors who run several switch between them; the centers never mix. Your center is set up at isolace.net, and staff and families sign in here with the same email address the center already knows.
