iShopDesi Delivery Partner is the official app for couriers delivering with iShopDesi across the UK. This app is for approved iShopDesi delivery partners only. You will need an account issued by the iShopDesi team before you can sign in. RUN YOUR SHIFT • Go online when you are ready to work, and offline when you are done • Receive new order alerts with a sound and vibration so you never miss a job • Accept or decline each delivery request EVERY ORDER, END TO END • See pickup and drop-off addresses with the distance between them • Open turn-by-turn navigation to the store and then to the customer • Follow each stage from pickup through handover to completed • Capture a prescription or proof-of-delivery photo where an order requires one • Handle cash and paid-online orders with the amount shown clearly STAY IN TOUCH • Message the customer directly from the order when you need directions or access details • Call the store or the customer without leaving the app TRACK WHAT YOU EARN • Review completed deliveries and the earnings from each one • See your current balance and payout history • Add a withdrawal method and request payouts from your account YOUR ACCOUNT • Register as a delivery partner and upload the documents required for approval • Update your profile, vehicle and contact details • Switch the app to the language you prefer • Delete your account at any time from the profile screen LOCATION AND PRIVACY While you are online, the app uses your location to match you with nearby orders and to show the store and customer how far away you are.
