iSchool Guardian keeps parents and guardians connected to their child's school day. Sign in once and see attendance, courses, progress, awards, notices and school payments — all in one place, updated straight from your school's iSchool Portal system. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Attendance — see whether your child was present, late or absent, day by day, from the school's own records. • Courses — view the courses your child is enrolled on and follow their programme of study. • Progress trackers — check how your child is progressing through each course, with the notes teachers have recorded along the way. • Awards — see the certificates, achievements and recognitions your child has earned, and open any award for the full detail. • Notices — read announcements and messages published by the school. • Payments — view school invoices, see what has been paid and what is still outstanding, and settle an unpaid invoice by card if your school has card payments enabled. MORE THAN ONE CHILD? NO PROBLEM If you are the registered guardian for several students, they all appear in the app. Switch between them with a tap, and the app remembers who you were looking at last time. SECURE BY DESIGN Registration is verified by your school. You sign up with your details — scanning the QR code the school gives you, using the camera, saves typing your child's reference in by hand — and an administrator at the school then approves your account and links it to your child before you can see any information. Nobody sees a student's record without the school authorising it first. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider your school uses. Your card details are never entered into or stored by this app, and every payment is confirmed with the provider by the school's system before it is recorded against an invoice. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD This app is for parents and guardians of students at schools that use iSchool Portal. Your school needs to be running iSchool Portal, and your guardian account must be approved by the school before you can sign in. If you are not sure whether your child's school uses iSchool Portal, please ask the school office. The app is free to use. Paying a school invoice through the app pays the school directly for real-world school fees and charges. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription.
