HARDWARE INTEGRATION • Heart Rate Tracking: Connect Bluetooth smart watches, chest straps (Polar, Wahoo, Garmin) or Wear OS devices directly. • Recovery Data: We don't just log BPM; we track your heart rate recovery (HRR) between sets to help you decide when you're ready for the next heavy lift. • Battery Efficient: Optimized polling rates ensure monitoring your heart doesn't drain your battery. SMART TOOLS • Auto-Rest Timer: The app detects when you stop moving and starts your rest timer automatically. • Muscle Heat Map: Visualizes fatigue based on your recent volume, preventing overtraining. • AI Assistant (Optional): Powered by Gemini, this feature is there if you need form checks or substitution ideas, but stays out of your way if you don't. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL • Privacy is the default, not a setting. We do not sell user data. • Exportable: It’s your progress. You can delete your account or export your data at any time.
