Integrated with the IRIS platform, claims management takes place in real time for the beneficiaries. Using the location of the device, it is possible to map the auditor's current position and audit locations, making logistics more agile. Possibility to inform the operator of the existence of hospitalized patients from whom they have not yet been regulated. Information generated is a basis for reducing the average time of hospitalization and the average cost per day.
