Recovery tasks — Your coach assigns exercises directly to your app. Watch the video, follow the steps, mark it done. Health metrics — Sync with Google Health Connect for automatic tracking of heart rate, sleep, resting HR, VO₂ max and active energy. Or enter values manually. Progress & streaks — See how your wellness evolves over time and stay consistent with your recovery streak. FOR COACHES Squad overview — Real-time wellness status for every athlete on your roster. Green, amber or red — know who needs attention before training starts. Task assignment — Assign recovery exercises to individual athletes or the whole team with optional deadlines.
