Invoice Matrix is an invoicing app for freelancers, contractors and small business owners who bill from an iPhone or iPad. Build the invoice on your phone, save it as a PDF, and get back to work. No account needed to start: tap Continue as Guest and your first invoice is a few minutes away. Your data is stored on the device and the app works offline, so a weak signal on a job site never stops you invoicing. BUILD AN INVOICE IN MINUTES • Invoice numbers fill in and increase on their own — edit any of them when you need to • Set the issue date and the due date, then add line items with quantity, price and a discount as a fixed amount or a percentage • Add one named tax at your own rate — sales tax, VAT, GST, whatever you charge — and mark it inclusive or deductible • Attach a note and photos of the work to the invoice • Choose a template, preview the PDF, then save WHAT THE FINISHED INVOICE LOOKS LIKE The app renders your invoice into the template you picked: your business at the top, the client below, every line with its quantity, discount and tax, the total in your chosen currency, your note, your photos and — on a subscription — your signature.
