Carriers get invoices wrong. A rate that doesn't match the contract, a pallet count that doesn't match the shipment, an accessorial billed twice — small amounts that add up over a quarter, and that nobody has time to check line by line. Invoice Auditor does that check for you, on your iPhone. WHAT IT DOES Enter your rate card once — flat charges, per-unit rates, and percentage charges like fuel surcharge. Record what actually shipped. Enter the invoice. The audit compares every invoiced line against what the contract produces and tells you where the two disagree. EVERY FINDING SHOWS ITS WORK No finding is just "this looks wrong". Each one shows the contracted amount, the invoiced amount, the difference, and the reason — plus the rate card rule and the shipment record it came from. That is what a carrier needs before they will issue a credit. WHAT IT CATCHES • Overcharges and undercharges against the contracted rate • Rate mismatches — the rate billed isn't the rate agreed • Quantity mismatches — billed for more pallets, hours or days than you recorded • Duplicate charges • Charges with no contracted rate at all • Invoices that don't add up on their own terms • Charges billed against a shipment you have no record of • Work you performed that was never invoiced (missing revenue) BOTH DIRECTIONS Audit the invoices you receive to stop overpaying, or audit the invoices you issue to find revenue you never billed.
