Inverza brings weather forecasts, photographic conditions, terrain shadows, sun and moon paths, AR planning and AI explanations into one app, made by a landscape photographer. FIND PHOTOGRAPHIC CONDITIONS Explore 16 conditions, including colourful dawn, afterglow, cloud inversions, ground fog, hoarfrost, fresh snow, lenticular clouds, Brocken spectres, reflecting waters, the Milky Way and aurora. Each prediction includes a suggested time and a confidence band to help you compare opportunities. Dawn and afterglow analysis checks cloud layers up to 450 km towards the sun, estimating whether light can reach the clouds above your location. Detectors also consider available upper-air profiles, aerosols, nearby airport observations, water conditions and light pollution. Forecasts remain estimates, and local conditions can differ. ASK ABOUT YOUR SHOT "Will there be fog at the lake tomorrow morning?" Ask in plain language and get an explanation based on the weather and your selected location. Built-in Gemini 3.8 Flash (18+) needs no API key. You can also use your own Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT key. AI sharing requires your permission; maps, weather and planning work without AI chat. PLAN SUN, MOON AND SHADOWS Use the terrain shadow map and time slider to estimate where sunlight reaches. A 360° horizon chart places sun and moon paths against terrain and mapped buildings. Explore the scene in the 3D Diorama, including solar-eclipse planning through 2030. Terrain and building detail depend on the available source data. Compass calibration, guides to off-screen targets and night mode help you plan in the field. Save your favourites, set a viewing direction and mark your photographic subject. Create alerts for one or several spots and filter by proximity.
