The collection application of the Integrated Service Administration System (SIADS), developed by the Ministry of Finance, offers SIADS user agencies functionalities that allow the collection of data from the agency's assets. This application can only be used in conjunction with SIADS WEB (Electronic Inventory) with or without an internet connection (online or offline). Discover some features of the SIADS Collector application: - Uploading data to collect the assets of a UORG (online or offline); - Collection of asset data using the mobile device camera, optical reader pistol or manual typing; - Registration of discrepancies in collection; - Registration of duplicate asset number; - Sending collection data to SIADSWEB (online or offline). This application can be used on any mobile device (cell phone, tablet) with Android Operating System version 4 or higher. A minimum of 2GB of free RAM is required on the mobile device. Users must be registered with Password-Rede (Serpro Network) with SIADS qualification in UASG linked to the UORG of the inventory and appropriate profiles.
