Intimate Metrics turns what your Apple Watch already senses — heart rate and movement — into a private score for your intimate moments, entirely on your device. Start a session on your Apple Watch. When it ends, an on-device model scores it across five dimensions — Intensity, Rhythm, Desire, Recovery, and Duration — and shows a summary on your wrist. Open the iPhone app for your dashboard, history, and trends. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything you record stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch. • No accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking. • All scoring runs on-device — no cloud model, no AI reading your data. • Encrypted storage, plus an optional Face ID lock. SLEEP & RECOVERY See how a session shows up in the following night's sleep, using read-only data from Apple Health. PARTNER MODE (optional) Connect with a partner to see a shared Sync Score. Only with your explicit consent — and you can disconnect at any time. YOU'RE IN CONTROL Export your data as CSV or JSON, or delete everything from within the app. Intimate Metrics is a wellness and insight tool for adults (18+). It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. A compatible Apple Watch is required for heart-rate scoring.
