Card mToken application is your online authorisation tool for ecommerce payments, directly from your phone, quickly and securely, without the need of a physical token. Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Card mToken is a faster and friendlier alternative to the physical token, the one you must always remember to take with you, in order to finalize your ecommerce payments through 3D Secure. When you perform an online payment, you will receive a push notification on your mobile device, regarding the transaction you want to authorize. To be sure it is the transaction you initiated, the Card mToken application will display all the details related to the payment and all you have to do is press the "SIGN" button to enjoy the products or services you want to purchase. For security reasons, the registration of the application of your Intesa Sanpaolo Bank card is done by contacting us at 0800 800 888. It is very important that the mobile phone from which you use the application has an internet connection and the push notifications and biometric authentication activated when installing the application, to ensure that payment is made quickly. Also, for transaction authorization, you also have other validation methods. If for some reason you encounter connection problems, or if the server fails to send you the push message, you can: scan QR code with transaction, authorization code method / validation code ( challange / response).
